RNA-Sequencing Data Analysis Boot Camp

Do you want to learn how to analyze Next-Generation Sequencing datasets that capture RNA expression? In this 2-day course we will show you how to explore RNA-seq data quality, process large RNA-seq datasets using standard software tools and pipelines, and how to interpret the results.

No prior knowledge of computer programming, sequencing data analysis or statistics is required – all necessary concepts will be introduced during the course.
