The Centre for Computational Medicine is now collaborating with Dr. Anne Wheeler at the Hospital for Sick Children on a new project funded by Compute Ontario and the Ontario Brain Institute to create a course on Reproducible Neuroimaging Analysis. The course will equip learners with the skills to analyze neuroimaging data using reproducible workflows in high-performance computing environments. As neuroimaging research increasingly relies on computational methods, reproducible workflows are essential for advancing scientific rigour and collaboration. The course will be suitable for those new to neuroscience, neuroimaging, and/or advanced research computing. Materials will be made openly available to support the broader research community.
